DELIVERY TIMES

  • Standard Shipping only, typical delivery: 10–15 working days from order confirmation
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
  • Please allow extra time during peak periods, holidays, or customs processing

HOW IT WORKS

  • All boots are quality checked by our own team at Lucas Kicks UK and then posted onto you via a UK courier. Your tracking number and delivery confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as the parcel arrives in the UK
  • Track your delivery right to your door

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Delivery estimate means working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public/bank holidays
  • Import/customs clearance is handled before your order enters the UK courier network
  • Signature may be required on delivery, so please use an address where someone can accept delivery
